For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "h8055" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at h8055.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API integrations.
• "Account" means the individual, registered account held by a Player on the h8055 platform, identified by a unique username and associated with the Player's verified personal information.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account on h8055 and is accessing or using any h8055 service.
• "Balance" means the sum of funds held within a Player's h8055 Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-spin value, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means cash deposits made by a Player via supported Indonesian payment methods (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), which are fully withdrawable subject to completed KYC verification.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by h8055 before a Player may withdraw funds or reach elevated account tiers.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and support services offered by h8055, including live casino, sportsbook, slots, Dragon Tiger, and Scratch Card products.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, directive, or regulatory requirement applicable to the operation of the h8055 platform under its international licensing jurisdiction.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your h8055 Account.

To access real-money Services on h8055, you must complete the registration process and open a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on h8055. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number.

• You must notify h8055 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• h8055 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. h8055 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before any dormancy fee is applied or before the Account is closed.

All financial transactions on h8055 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). h8055 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your h8055 Account.
• Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank clearance.
• Deposits via digital wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited in real time.
• h8055 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used must match the name on your h8055 Account.
• h8055 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to a verified Account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by h8055 compliance.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Processing may take longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• h8055 does not impose withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which h8055 has no control.
• h8055 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal where the request is flagged by our risk and fraud detection systems.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Only the net winnings attributable to completed wagering cycles are eligible for withdrawal.

h8055 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Hari Kemerdekaan (Independence Day, 17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will carry its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), minimum odds restrictions where applicable, game contribution percentages, and a validity period. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• h8055 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, h8055 will honor the existing claim subject to its original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts, placing offsetting bets, or coordinating play with other Players to reduce risk — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• h8055 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal cap to winnings derived from Bonus Funds, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are not transferable and carry no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

By using h8055's gaming and betting Services, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing gameplay:

• All game outcomes on h8055 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems (for slots and RNG table games) or by live studio operations (for live dealer products provided by Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming). h8055 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed on the h8055 platform are final. h8055 will not cancel or reverse a bet once it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of clear technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error on sportsbook markets.

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other software that places bets or interacts with the h8055 platform without human input is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated Balance.

h8055 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognize that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and we provide the following tools and safeguards to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Account remains inaccessible for all real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from h8055 may contact our customer support team to initiate the self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

h8055 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, h8055 may take such action where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• h8055 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• h8055 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or abuse of promotional offers.
• The Player is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the h8055 platform.
• h8055 is required to do so by Applicable Law, a regulatory directive, or a court order.
• The Player's account activity presents an unacceptable risk profile under h8055's internal fraud and anti-money laundering policies.

Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, h8055 may forfeit any Balance held in that Account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Where closure results from a h8055 operational decision unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

All content on the h8055 platform — including but not limited to the h8055 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, audio, video, and software code — is the proprietary property of h8055 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the h8055 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any h8055 content without our express prior written consent.

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the h8055 platform or any Service due to technical failure, maintenance, government intervention, or force majeure events.
• Any errors in odds, payouts, or game outcomes resulting from third-party data feed failures or software defects in game engines provided by our certified studio partners, provided that h8055 acts promptly to identify and remedy such errors.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In any event, h8055's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their h8055 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h8055 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• h8055 collects personal data (including name, date of birth, address, contact details, and payment information) for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the h8055 Service.
• h8055 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions to protect personal and financial information in transit.
• h8055 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, and game studios) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the h8055 Service.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by h8055, subject to h8055's legal obligations to retain certain records under Applicable Law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h8055 holds its international gaming license.

h8055 is licensed and regulated as an international online gaming operator. Indonesian players access h8055's Services under the terms of that international license. h8055 does not represent that its Services are legal, lawful, or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction, and it is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the h8055 platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute between a Player and h8055 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the competent arbitral institution within h8055's licensing jurisdiction. The language of all arbitral proceedings shall be English.

h8055 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h8055 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the h8055 platform.

Your continued use of the h8055 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the h8055 platform and contact customer support to close your Account. Any Balance of verified Real Money Funds will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Clause 4.
